Kaire Saadi to Become the New CEO of Estravel Group AS Starting June 1, 2025. Anne Samlik to Move to the Supervisory Board.

Estravel Group AS is announcing a change in the company’s leadership: on June 1, 2025, long-time CEO and Board member
Anne Samlik will retire from the position and pass the torch to Kaire Saadi, who is currently a Member of the Executive Board and Sales Director of the same company.
Anne Samlik has held management positions at Estravel since 1991, including CEO since 2002. During this long period, she has led the company through several significant stages of development, including digitalization, international expansion, multiple economic crises, and structural changes. Mrs Samlik has played a remarkable role in shaping the entire Estonian tourism sector, being an advocate for the industry, an initiator of innovations, and a promoter of international cooperation. In 2014, Anne Samlik was awarded the Order of the White Star IV Class, by the President of Estonia. In 2015, she was awarded a title of the Best Business Leader of the Year in Estonia. Under her leadership, Estravel has grown from a regional travel agency into the largest and most influential travel company in the Baltics, whose services have been trusted by hundreds of thousands of clients in both the private and business sectors.
Kaire Saadi has worked at Estravel for over 30 years. Her brilliant career has included several key roles as a Senior Specialist, Head of Department, and Area Director, making her arguably the most prominent expert of travel business in the country. For the past 8 years, Mrs Saadi has held the position of Sales Director, and for the last 3 years been a Member of the Executive Board. She has been a key figure in implementing innovative ideas and applying new technological solutions.
Aivo Takis, Chairman of the Executive Board of Estravel, had this to say to introduce the company’s new CEO:

Estravel Group AS, founded in 1988, is the largest travel agency in the Baltic States. It is fully owned by private domestic capital. Together with its subsidiaries in Estonia, Finland, Latvia, and Lithuania, Estravel employs 217 full-time staff, plus associated companies in Australia and the US. The Group’s 2024 sales volume in Europe was 131 million euros, and its pre-tax profit was 2.5 million euros.
